We all know how important it is to keep a check on our body fat because of heart disease and diabetes; just to name a couple. With just a 7 second test you can check your improvement with the “Body Fat Analyzer”.  Ask a fitness center instructor for assistance.

Blood Pressure

Reduce stress, eat smart, cut salt intake, and exercise; these are all ways to help lower blood pressure. The fitness room provides a self-testing blood pressure machine for your use. Ask a fitness center instructor for assistance.

Fitness Assessments

The fitness assessment is designed to educate individuals about their current level of fitness. Whether you are a beginner or advanced exerciser, testing at regular intervals will help keep you on track and allow you to see positive results. The test includes:
