Passes Available for Daily Use:

  • ERC Class Pass (land and aquatic classes): $60 for 22 classes
  • Walking Track Pass: $20 for 22 walks
  • Lap Swim Pass: $30 for 22 swims
  • Indoor Sports Pass for Pickleball, Racquetball, Basketball, and Indoor Soccer: $40 for 22 activities

Fitness Video Experience

How would you like to enjoy a fitness class workout anytime you want? Introducing “Fitness Video Experience”, come workout to your favorite fitness videos. The fitness room will have a variety of fitness videos for your use or you may bring your own. Stop in and talk to a fitness room instructor about this exciting new program.

SWAT Team (Strength, Weight loss, Agility & Toning)

  • Early Mornings @ 5:30am
  • Monday / Tuesday / Thursday from 5:30 - 6:15 am
  • Instructors: Janet Harrouff, Carla Barnett, and Terri Zumbrum

Energize during this early morning total body, heart pumping, and strength conditioning workout. This 45-minute, 8-week class combines full-body strength training with cardio intervals.  This class is designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before your busy day gets started. All fitness levels welcome. Please bring an exercise mat.

Couch to 5K - Register Here

  • Mornings and Evenings starting January 6, 2020
  • Monday / Wednesday / Thursdays at 4:30 pm or 5:30 am
  • Instructor: Amanda Guiterrez
  • $60 per 17 weeks or daily drop in $3

Do you want to be a runner? We can make it happen! This program takes you- one step at a time- from a non-runner to someone who can finish a 5K. Three days a week for 45 minutes will transition you from the couch to walking to running over 17 weeks. We will finish by running the ERC Birthday Bash on May 3, 2020!  We will be inside on the ERC jogging track when it’s cold then move outside in warmer weather. 

Sit & Sculpt

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:15 a.m. to Noon
  • Instructor: Julie Lovato
  • $3 daily drop in or free with your fitness membership or ERC Class Pass

Get fit and have fun while you use a chair for this 45 minute exercise class. Weights, resistance tubes, and ball will be used for resistance, and a chair will be used for seated and/or standing support. This class will consist of a combination of aerobic training, strength building and flexibility exercises. Suitable for all ages and levels.

Enjoy a relaxing series of stretches inspired to help your flexibility, range of motion, balance and posture. This 60 minute yoga-inspired stretching class focuses on breathing techniques and relaxation. Please bring an exercise mat.

Butts & Guts

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 12:15 - 12:45 p.m.

This is a quick 30-minute intense body sculpting workout concentrating primarily on strengthening the core muscles including: abdominal, back and buttocks muscles. Please bring a floor mat and be ready to work. Check us out!

You are never too old to obtain a healthier lifestyle from exercise. This 45-minute class is designed with the active adult in mind. People age 55 and older can enjoy the benefits of strong muscles and joints through moderate weight training. Join us for a variety of exercises that are designed to improve balance, flexibility, joint stability, coordination, muscular strength and support; the skills needed for your daily life activities. Please bring a floor mat and be ready for a head to toe workout. Take a closer look!

Core Madness

Having a strong core is a must. This 30 minute class using Pilates exercises will help develop core strength, longer, leaner muscles and will teach precise control in all movements. This class is done barefoot or in your socks and you will need an exercise mat. Feel the burn!
