Sponsorship Opportunities
The Emporia Recreation Center's yearly Sponsorship drive starts in March and winds down in May. The Sponsorship commitment follows the school calendar so it begins in August and ends the following July so all sports sponsorships are for the season in the upcoming school year.

Sponsorship Form
The ERC has an easy online form that is quick to fill out. Just click the link below and once complete, it automatically emails it to us and you can have it emailed to yourself as well. We will invoice you via email after we receive your completed form. If you would like information about your team so you can contact the coach, just request that through Shalla Bennett.
T-Shirt Sponsor Program
Would you like to be a part of an exciting and rewarding sponsorship program? Emporia Recreation has a long-standing tradition of providing T-shirts to all our youth sports participants with the help of sponsorship dollars. Also, because it is our goal to keep our youth programs at an affordable price so that all kids who want to participate can do so, we offer a sports fee waiver scholarship program to kids who receive free or reduced lunches in our district.
Sponsorships from area businesses are vital to our programs. The Emporia Recreation Commission works closely with community and municipal organizations, local businesses and media partners to promote health and wellness for the Emporia community.
The ERC programs that benefit from sponsors like you are:
- Soccer, Indoor Soccer
- Flag Football
- Youth Basketball
- Youth Baseball/Softball
Your sponsor dollars will provide shirts for the activities of your choice.
Your business logo will be on the shirt and will also be used as the team name (if you sponsor a team). Because we want your business/club to benefit from this sponsorship, as well as our participants, we now have a sponsor link on our website which allows customers to visit your website through ours.
Field Sponsor
Another sponsor opportunity is through our field sponsor program. This sponsorship goes towards team equipment and improvements to the fields our children use each season. The following fields are available for sponsorship:
- DeBauge Family Sports Complex, 4201 West 18th Ave (Fall and Spring)
- Whittier Softball Diamonds, 8th and Whittier (Spring)
- Peter Pan Park Diamonds, South Congress (Spring)
A banner with your logo will be prominently hung at the prospective field for the entire season. Baseball/Softball field sponsor banners will remain up through the summer for additional exposure during tournaments and field rentals.
