Aqua Combat
READY TO CHANGE UP YOUR FITNESS ROUTINE?
This dynamic, low-impact class will challenge you to improve your cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. Aqua Combat/Fusion uses a combination of martial arts inspired movements and high intensity interval training to help you burn calories and tone your whole body!
Date: June 20 - August 10, Tuesday and Thursdays
Time: 5:00 - 6:00pm
Fee: $40 for the session or $3 Drop-In

Lap Swimming
An aerobic workout targeting your core, arms, legs, glutes, and back while also increasing your flexibility and strength. Enjoy some fresh air and cool, refreshing water during your workout.
Lap Swim Etiquette:
- Empty lanes are first come, first serve.
- Circle swimming is expected if lanes are full.
- There is no shame in the slow lane.
- Treat others as you would want to be treated.
- Water running, aerobics, etc. may take place in one lane.

Poolside Yoga
Grab your yoga mat and get your zen at the pool. Instructor Molly Otto will lead you through Yoga positions to balance your mind and body while enjoying the poolside atmosphere. Monday's class will be ideal for beginner students while Wednesday's class may be a little more for the seasoned yoga enthusiast.
Date: July 3 - August 9, Monday and Wednesdays
Time: 6:15 - 7:15pm
Fee: $25 for the session or $3 Drop-In

Water Walking
Take a leisurely stroll through the lazy river or test your power and endurance by walking the river in reverse. Either way, it’s a great workout with less stress on your joints and you get to spend some time outside and in the pool!
