A low-impact class that will challenge you to improve your cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. Aqua Combat/Fusion uses a combination of martial arts inspired movements and high intensity interval training (HIIT) to help you burn calories and tone your whole body! The class is set to great music with dynamic choreography that the instructor has designed specifically for you! And since it’s in the water, there will be less stress on your joints! Our instructor will change up the music and choreography frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.
