Lifeguard Practice Sessions
Attend a lifeguard practice session to learn more about lifeguarding and to practice the skills before taking the class. Lifeguards will be available to answer questions, demonstrate skills and talk about their experiences. Practice sessions are open to anyone 15 years of age or older. Location: ERC

Train with the Team
Interested in becoming a lifeguard but not sure you have the skills? Attend our monthly training to get some hands-on practice with our team. The team practices once a month to ensure we can perform when needed in an emergency. We will demonstrate all of the lifeguarding skills and then you can practice them with us. No pressure-just a fun relaxed environment to see if you can become a lifeguard. Snacks will be provided.
