Combines stretching and flexibility exercises from our Arthritis class with some light to moderate cardiovascular exercises.  Instructor led 45 Minute Class.

Designed for people with arthritis or movement inhibiting conditions. Participants will improve and maintain joint movement and flexibility. Instructor led 45 Minute Class. 

  • Please wear your swim suit when coming to class as locker rooms will not be available.
  • One-way entrance through door next to control office.
  • One-way exit through party room door.
  • Maintain a distance of 6-8 feet between other participants.
  • Please utilize one set of equipment.
  • All equipment will be disinfected after each class.
  • Maximum 15 people.

Light aerobic workout for active older adults.  Incorporate low impact cardiovascular and resistance exercises with social time. Instructor led 45 Minute Class. 

  • Please wear your swim suit when coming to class as locker rooms will not be available.

  • One-way exit through party room door.
  • Maintain a distance of 6-8 feet between other participants.
  • Please utilize one set of equipment.

High intensity without the high impact.  The workout may include deep cardio conditioning, circuit training, resistance training and intervals.  Instructor led 45 Minute Class.

Workout at your own pace.  Utilize this time to swim laps, stretch, deep water run, or any personal workout of your own.  Diving Board will not be open at this time. No instructor.

An aerobic workout targeting your core, arms, legs, glutes and back. No instructor.  

Lap Swim Sign-up

  • Limited Lap Swim will begin on June 8th.
  • Only 4 people allowed in the pool at one time. Sign Up Required!
  • Each person will be allotted 30 minutes.
  • Please sign up for one time slot per day to give everyone a chance to swim.

  • Check in at the front desk by entering in through the south entrance of the building.
  • Please wear your swimsuit when coming to class; locker rooms will not be available.
  • There will be cubbies in the pool area for you to put your belongings in while you are swimming.
  • One-way entrance through door next to Guest Services.
  • One-way exit through Party Room door.
  • Before exiting the building, please check-out with a member at the front desk so we can keep track of how many patrons are in the facility.
