Fitness Classes 2017

Circuit Training: M/W @ 5:30pm     This 60 minute circuit class focuses on proper technique and strength training. Whether you are jumping rope, doing lunges, planks, squats or conditioning on the stability ball, you will not be bored! All fitness levels welcome. Please bring an exercise mat. Instructor: Kelsey Camien  Included in your Premium Membership or $2 drop-in.

Sit & Sculpt: Tuesday/Thursday 11:00-11:45am   Get fit and have fun while you use a chair for this 45 minute exercise class. Weights, resistance tubes, and ball will be used for resistance, and a chair will be used for seated and/or standing support. This class will consist of a combination of aerobic training, strength building and flexibility exercises. Yoga: M/W @ 10:15am and T/Th @ 10:00am   Enjoy a relaxing series of stretches inspired to help your flexibility, range of motion, balance and posture. This 60 minute yoga-inspired stretching class focuses on breathing techniques and relaxation. Please bring an exercise mat. Instructor: Kelsey Camien  Included in your Premium Membership or $2 drop-in.

Jump Start: Monday-Friday 5:30-6:15am   No guts-no glory in this early morning total body workout! COUCH TO 5K:   Do you want to be a runner? We can make it happen! This program takes you- one step at a time- from a non-runner to someone who can finish a 5K. Three days a week for 45 minutes will transition you from the couch to walking to running over 8 weeks. We will finish by running the Birthday Bash 5K on April 30!

Evening Instructor: Amanda Gutierrez     Dates: Session 1 starts January 9 @ 4:30 or 5:30pm, Session 2 starts March 6 same times

Butts & Guts: This is a quick 30-minute intense body sculpting workout concentrating primarily on strengthening the core muscles including: abdominal, back and buttocks muscles. Please bring a floor mat and be ready to work. Fit Forever: You are never too old to obtain a healthier lifestyle from exercise. This 45-minute class is designed with the active adult in mind. People age 55 and older can enjoy the benefits of strong muscles and joints through moderate weight training. Join us for a variety of exercises that are designed to improve balance, flexibility, joint stability, coordination, muscular strength and support; the skills needed for your daily life activities. Please bring a floor mat and be ready for a head to toe workout.

Core Madness: Having a strong core is a must. This 30 minute class using Pilates exercises will help develop core strength, longer, leaner muscles and will teach precise control in all movements. This class is done barefoot or in your socks and you will need an exercise mat. Feel the burn!
